Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
For Chair Professor:
- Ph.D. in concerned/allied/relevant discipline.
- Eminent scholarly contribution and high-quality publications (minimum 10 in peer-reviewed or UGC-listed journals).
- Research score of 120 as per UGC Appendix II, Table 2.
- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience as Assistant/Associate Professor/Professor and/or equivalent research experience.
- Desirable Specialization: Dr. Ambedkar's Thought & Philosophy, Education, Social Justice, Inclusion, Harmony.
For Assistant Professor:
- Master’s degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in relevant/allied subject.
- NET/SET/SLET qualification OR Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations 2009/2016.
- Ph.D. from top 500 world-ranked foreign university (QS/THE/ARWU) may also be considered.
- Relaxation: 5% marks relaxation at Master’s level for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PwBD categories.
2. Age Limit
The notification is for a contract/deputation basis. However, standard age criteria for academic posts generally apply. Candidates must refer to the official PDF for specific age limits if any. For this contract role, experience and merit take precedence over age.
3. Mandatory Requirements
