Educational Qualification: Masters' degree with 55% in Environmental Sc./Geography/Water Resources. Desirable qualifications, if any: Experience in GIS software. The project involves extensive field work in the districts of upper Gomti Basin. Candidates with prior experience in field work and monitoring will be preferred.

31000/- Per Month

The Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University was established by an Act passed by the parliament (No. 58 of 1994). The University came into existence on 10.01.1996 vide GOI, Ministry of HRD, Education Department Notification No. 8-16/GOI/desk/U-1 dated 05.01.1996. The basic philosophy and policies of the University are spelt out and enshrined in the University Act and Statutes. The University offers graduate and post-graduate students the knowledge and skills needed to succeed as persons and professionals, and the values and sensitivity necessary to serve the society. The University distinguishes itself as a socially responsible learning community of high quality scholarship and academic rigor sustained by social justice and equity principles for which Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar worked during his lifetime. The University draws from the cultural, intellectual and economic resources of Uttar Pradesh and other states to enrich and strengthen its educational programs.
