Candidates must meet the following educational and experience requirements:

1. Educational Qualification

Master Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

2. Experience

Candidates must have an excellent service record with reputed organizations such as Central/State Govt., PSU, IIT, NIT, Central University, or Technical Institution at the level equivalent to:

• Superintending Engineer with experience in Development projects (Survey, Investigation, Designs, Construction & Maintenance, preparation of feasibility reports, DPRs of projects, etc.).
• OR Executive Engineer (EE) with 5 years' experience as EE in the field of Survey, Investigation, Designs, Construction & Maintenance, preparation of feasibility reports, DPRs of WR projects, etc.

3. Age Limit

• Maximum age: 62 years as of the closing date of application (08.06.2026).
• Maximum age limit during engagement: 65 years (relaxable with Competent Authority approval).

Salary & Perks

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration as follows:

• Remuneration: Rs. 40,000 - 60,000/- (Fixed, inclusive of Transport Allowance).
• Pension: Candidate can continue to draw pension and relief on pension from their parent organization.
• Other Allowances: No other allowances are admissible.
• Leave: One day leave per month (non-carry forwardable).
• TA/DA: Not admissible for joining/termination. For domestic tours, entitlements are: Economy Class Air or AC-II Train, Rs. 800/day Daily Allowance, Rs. 1500/day Hotel Charges, Rs. 500/day Local Travelling Charges.
