Educational Qualification: Research Assistant: Post graduate in Social Science discipline with allied in Commerce or Management (minimum 55% marks) with NET/M.Phil./Ph.D. Desirable Qualifications and Experience: Prior research experience in tribal studies, particularly fieldwork with indigenous communities. Working knowledge of the Toda language will be preferred. Experience in socio-ecological or ethnographic research. Bilingual proficiency (English and Hindi) in reading, writing, and speaking. Research Associate: Post graduate in Social Science discipline with allied in Commerce or Management (minimum 55% marks) with NET/M.Phil./Ph.D and two years research experience as a Research Assistant in any Project. Desirable Qualifications and Experience: Prior research experience in tribal studies, particularly fieldwork with indigenous communities. Working knowledge of the Toda language will be preferred. Experience in socio-ecological or ethnographic research. Bilingual proficiency (English and Hindi) in reading, writing, and speaking. Field Investigator: Post graduate in Social Science discipline with allied in Commerce or Management (minimum 55% marks). Pay Scale: INR 50000-47000/- Per Month
