3. Essential Qualification:

First class in M.Sc. with Physical /Inorganic/Organic Chemistry Specialization from a recognized University/Institute (For SC/ST/ Person with Disability (PwD) category, a minimum 55% marks is required); (2) Valid NET or GATE score.

4. Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in the relevant field: Preference will be given to the candidates with experience on development of semiconductor materials, basic knowledge on electrochemical science and technology, handling of electrochemical workstation including electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, analyzing data of the electrochemical, microscopic and crystallographic (XRD) experiments.

5. Fellowship: Rs. 31,000.00 + Rs. 2480.00 (8% HRA) = Rs. 33480.00 per month

6. Duration: Initially for one year and will be extended based on the performance for a maximum period of 3 years or till the termination of the project, whichever is earlier
