Eligibility for Project Engineer (PE)

• Essential Qualification: B.E./B.Tech./B.Sc. Engineering (4-year course) in relevant discipline with PASS Class from an AICTE-approved college/institute or recognized university.
• Relevant Disciplines:
  • Electronics: Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Electronics & Telecommunication / Telecommunication / Communication / Electrical & Electronics
  • Computer Science: Computer Science / Information Technology / Information Science
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant post-qualification industrial experience as of 01.01.2026. Preferred experience in IT Infrastructure Projects, IP Networking, Data Centre, CCTV, Sensors-based IoT, or IP-enabled electronic/software installation/configuration/maintenance/support. Teaching experience is not considered relevant.
• Age Limit: Maximum 32 years (General) as of 01.01.2026. Age relaxations applicable: OBC (NCL) - 3 years, SC/ST - 5 years, PwBD - up to 15 years depending on category.

Salary Structure

Additional Benefits: Area Allowance (10% of consolidated pay), Annual Allowance (Rs. 12,000), Retention Bonus (Rs. 25,000 per year, total Rs. 1,00,000 at end of 4 years).

Selection Process

1. Written Test: Qualifying marks 35% for General/OBC-NCL and 30% for SC/ST/PwBD.
2. Interview: Shortlisting ratio 1:5 based on written test merit.
