Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for All Posts

• Essential Qualification: Full Time Regular Graduation/Diploma/ITI from AICTE/DOTE/UGC recognized Board/University on or after 01-04-2021.
• Experience: Candidates who have more than 1 year of work experience in Private Organizations are not eligible. Candidates who have undergone or undergoing Apprenticeship Training under NATS or NAPS in any other establishment are not eligible.
• Age Limit: Maximum age 25 years as on 01.01.2026 (Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC, 10 years for PwD). For ITI Apprentices, maximum age is 21 years.
• Percentage Criteria:
  • General/OBC/EWS: Minimum 60% in Graduation/Diploma.
  • SC/ST: Minimum 50% in Graduation/Diploma.
  • B.Com/BBA/BBM: Minimum 50%.
• Regional Requirement: Candidates must belong to the Southern Region (Tamilnadu, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Kerala, and Pondicherry).

• 12th Marks Card
• Consolidated Mark Sheet / All Semester Mark Cards
• Graduation/Diploma Degree Certificate / Provisional Degree
• Aadhaar Card
• Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) – Latest OBC-NCL (on or after 01.04.2025) and EWS (2025-2026).
• CGPA Conversion Certificate (if applicable).
• NATS Registration Number (Enrollment in National Apprenticeship Training Scheme is mandatory).
