(1.1) The officers should be retired from Central/State Govt./PSU/Authority/Society/and Federation.
(1.2) The retired officers should not be below the rank of Deputy General Manager (Finance)/Deputy General Manager (Account)/ Deputy General Manager (Finance & Account).
