1. Professor (Level-14)

• Qualification: Ph.D. in relevant field + First Class (60%) at Bachelor’s/Master’s level.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including 3 years as Associate Professor.
• Research: Minimum 6 research publications and 2 Ph.D. supervised OR 10 research publications. Total research score of 120.

2. Associate Professor (Level-13A)

• Qualification: Ph.D. in relevant field + First Class (60%) at Bachelor’s/Master’s level.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience, including 2 years post-Ph.D.
• Research: Minimum 6 research publications and total research score of 75.

3. Assistant Professor (Level-10)

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech in relevant branch with First Class (60%).
• Age Limit: 21 to 38 years (Relaxation as per Govt. rules).
