Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree (MD/MS/DNB) after MBBS with demonstrated experience in clinical research from reputed Institution. Desirable Qualification & Experience :

a) M.D. Community Medicine/ Master’s in Public Health (MPH) or Diploma in epidemiology or Diploma in clinical research /Public Health preferred

b) Experience in conduct of clinical trials/ observational studies

c) Experience in project monitoring and evaluation, including development of conceptual frameworks, management of monitoring systems, implementation and - supervision of evaluations and reporting of evaluation findings.

d) Experience in working with the community along with Governmental and non-Governmental organizations, Women and child development department, UN agencies etc. on Health and nutrition programmes.

e) General knowledge of public health and cultural factors in the context of India and the developing world.

f) Ability to liaise with the national and international scientific community and develop positive relationships with applicants and grant-holders to facilitate accomplishment of strategic objectives;

g )Demonstrated strong planning & analytical skills with outstanding written and oral communication skills in positions requiring communications in a broad and. diverse audience on a range of complex technical issues.

h) Ability to Manage time-specific investments, with attention to detail within given deadlines

i) Ability to maintain accurate and organised grant records and a substantial portfolio of complex grants requiring high-level grant management skills, including applying and evaluating milestone-based performance objectives and financial management of grants, according to defined standards

j) Ability to work both independently and in a cooperative and collegial fashion in a team, according to defined standards and controls.

Experience: 6-8 Years for Manager & 10-12 Years for Sr.Manager in the public health programs, with minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior position in an organization and have experience in Grant / Project Management or translational and product development activities, or related area of research in industry or academic research Institutes

Pay Scale:
INR
90000-300000/- Per Month

Age Limit: 38 years for the position of Manager , 40 years for the position of Senior Manager as on the date of closing of applications.
