Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Finance/ Business Administration
Or Graduate in any discipline who is Startup Founder/coFounder that has raised Angel/ VC funding
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven, hands-on experience in equity management, fundraising, company valuation, early stage technology assets management.

The vision & mission of Council is to stimulate, foster and enhance the strategic research and innovation capabilities of the Indian Biotene Industry for creation of affordable products to fulfil needs of the largest section of Society.
The prime objective of Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) is to sensitize the Biotechnology Industries for Public Health / Agriculture / Food Securities / Green Technology & Industry by setting up Enterprise, Academia and Research about the Government Funding to support Innovation Ecosystem effective Grant proposal for Industry use of Management of Intellectual Property tools.
