Educational Qualification:
Program Officer: M.Sc / M.Tech/ M. Pharm in life sciences, biological sciences or allied areas. Desirable Qualifications: A Ph.D or equivalent in life sciences, biological sciences or allied areas.
Senior Program Officer: M.Sc / M.Pharma/ BDS/MBBS in Life Sciences/Biological Science/Microbiology/ Biochemistry/Biotechnology. - Diploma or degree in clinical research.
Pay Scale:
INR
60000-240000 Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years.

Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) was established by Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Government of India, to strengthen and empower the emerging Biotech Enterprise to undertake Strategic Research and innovation for Nationally Relevant Product.
The vision & mission of Council is to stimulate, foster and enhance the strategic research and innovation capabilities of the Indian Biotene Industry for creation of affordable products to fulfil needs of the largest section of Society.
The prime objective of Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council (BIRAC) is to sensitize the Biotechnology Industries for Public Health / Agriculture / Food Securities / Green Technology & Industry by setting up Enterprise, Academia and Research about the Government Funding to support Innovation Ecosystem effective Grant proposal for Industry use of Management of Intellectual Property tools.
