BIT Mesra Invites Application for JRF Recruitment 2022

Applications are invited for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the following project funded by Department of Science and Technology (DST) of Government of India under the Cognitive Science Research Initiative (CSRI) scheme.

3. Desirable qualification/skills : 

Qualification: M.E. / M.Tech./ B.E./ B.Tech degree in Computer Science/ Electronics/ Electrical Engineering and related disciplines OR MCA, selected through a process described through one of the following:

a) Valid CSIR-UGC-NET/ GATE score 

b) National level examinations conducted by central govt. dept. and institutions namely DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT(JEE), IISc, IISER etc. Desirable skills: Matlab/Python programming; Machine Learning/Deep learning models

4. Project title: Development of Distributed Deep Learning-based Dynamic Causality Analysis Model for Predicting Epilepsy and Simulation of Epileptic Brain 

a) Sanction Order No: DST/CSRI/ 2018/276(G)

b) Duration of the project August 2020 to August 2022

5. Stipend Rs/-pm : Rs 31,000+16% HRA (as per DST norms).

6. Duration: From the date of joining upto August 31, 2022 or end of project.

Selection Procedure

In consideration of Covid-19 related constraints, the interview may possibly be conducted online through video conferencing. Interview details will be sent to the shortlisted candidates by e-mail only. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the Interview if called at Institution
