Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Senior PAT & PAT-II: M.Tech/M.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering / Microwave OR B.Tech/B.E. in Electronics & Communication Engineering / Microwave with 2 years R&D experience OR M.Sc in Physics/Electronics/Optoelectronics/Microwave with 2 years R&D experience (Senior PAT requires 3 years R&D experience).
- Project Assistant-II: B.Sc or 3 years diploma in Engineering & Technology (ECE/EE/Physics/Electronics/Material Science) or equivalent. Desirable: Embedded systems knowledge, PCB design skills, Arduino programming.
- PAT-I: B.E./B.Tech or M.Sc in Electronics/ECE/EEE/Electronic Instruments/EE/ET/Microwave/Mechatronics/MEMS/Physics or equivalent. Desirable: Embedded systems, PCB design, Microcontroller programming, Arduino programming.
- JRF: Graduate/UG/PG degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, ECE, EIE, CSE or equivalent. Must have selected through CSIR-UGC NET, GATE, or national level examination conducted by DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MoE, ICAR, ICMR, IITs, IISc, IISERs, NISER etc.
- Project Associate – I: B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, EE, ECE, EIE, CSE or equivalent.
- Project Associate – II: B.E./B.Tech. in the above disciplines OR Master's/Integrated Master's Degree in the same with minimum 2 years R&D experience in industrial/academic institutions or S&T organizations. Candidates with above qualification without experience may also apply as PAT-I.
- Project Scientist-I: Doctoral Degree in Science or Master's Degree in Engineering/Technology from recognized university. Preferable: Experience in integrated circuit design flow, hardware accelerators, sensor interface circuit design, analog design, HDLs, EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys.
- Project Scientist-II: Doctoral Degree in Science or Master's Degree in Engineering/Technology from recognized university with 3 years R&D experience in industrial and academic institutions or S&T organizations. Preferable: Experience in IC design flow, hardware accelerators, analog design, HDLs, EDA tools.
- Project Associate-I(PAT-I): Four years B.Tech/B.E in Electronics/ECE/Electrical/EE or M.Sc in Electronics from recognized university. Without experience, candidate shall be eligible for PAT-I position.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Received applications will be screened by a duly constituted Standing Screening Committee followed by an online interview through Microsoft Teams for shortlisted candidates. No written examination is conducted.
