Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.)
Experience: Candidate must be enrolled/registered as an advocate with Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta. ii) Must have at least 15 years of experience in handling Civil/Writ/Criminal/Service matters in the Hon’ble High Court at Calcutta. iii) Having experience in dealing with matters of Scientific Research Institution/Educational Institution/Statutory Bodies receiving 100% Grant-in-Aid from Govt. of India
