Applications Are Invited For General Manager (Production) 1. Name of the Post: General Manager (Production) 2. Emoluments: commensurate with qualification and experience and the Company Policy. 3. Place of posting will be initially at the Pilani / Nagpur and transferrable to any other location in India subsequently as per Company’s requirement. 4. Qualification and experience required for the post are as follows: (a) Colonel /Brigadier Rank officers from EME Branch of India Army. (b) B Tech in Mechanical / Electronics /Electrical / Metallurgy / Instrumentation Engineering with min 20 years post qualification work experience. (c) Exposure in Operational Sustenance and Engineering Support Planning of major weapon system and platform. (d) Preference will be given to candidates who had tenure as Commandant & MD of any Army Base Workshop. (e) The officer must have successfully completed Technical Staff Officers Course in Advance Weapon Technology. (f) Knowledge of statutory compliance, labour law and safety aspects relevant for Production /Manufacturing unit is desirable. (g) Exposure in handling engineering projects and important Techno managerial functions with DRDO will be given preference.
