Educational Qualification: (a) Graduate in any discipline with min 15 years post qualification work experience in any
reputed Govt / Defence/ PSU/ Private Organisation in managerial cadre.
(b) Should have experience in jobs related to Industrial Laws, Factory Act, statutory matters,
Rules and Regulations, Safety & Security, Fire Service etc.
(c) Should have experience in handling day to day administrative, security and HR related
matters preferably in a large organisational setup.
(d) Candidate should preferably have hands on experience in Infrastructure Management which
includes maintenance of Civil, Mechanical & Electrical infrastructure, Asset Management
Transit facility, Canteen, Conservancy, Hygiene & Sanitation, Arboriculture etc.
