Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Essential Educational Qualification:
- Full-time B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA in Electronics, E&TC, IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or any allied discipline from a recognized Institute/University.
- Master's Degree in Business Administration [MBA (Finance/Operations/Projects)], or a PG Diploma in Contract Management/Project Management, or PMP Certification.
- Essential Experience:
- At least 10 years of cumulative experience in Program/Project Management (Planning/Execution/Implementation and Monitoring of high-value projects).
- Good experience/knowledge in preparing project documents like RFPs, EOIs, Contract Agreements, MoUs, LOIs, Work Orders, etc.
- Well-versed with Government regulations (pertaining to contracts and project execution), CVC guidelines, and Labour Laws.
- Minimum 20 years of cumulative regular (non-contractual) service in CPSEs, Central Government Group 'A' Officers (including Armed Forces/Paramilitary forces), or State PSEs (with an annual turnover of Rs. 500 Crore or more for the past 3 years).
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection process for the BECIL Principal Chief Projects recruitment is as follows:
