Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Residential Supervisor:
  • Educational Qualification: Graduate Degree from a recognized University/Institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 05 years experience.
• Cook:
  • Educational Qualification: 10th Passed/Matriculate from any recognized board.
  • Experience: Minimum one year as Cook/Halwai in a catering establishment/hotel/hospital.
  • Certification: Certificate of training in food hygiene and safety from a certified agency.
• Kitchen Attendant:
  • Educational Qualification: 10th passed/Matriculation from a recognized Board/Institution.
  • Experience: Preference to experienced candidates; Fresher may also be considered.
• Driver for BUS/Ambulance/Truck/Heavy Vehicles:
  • Educational Qualification: 10th passed/Matriculation from a recognized Board/Institution.
  • License: Valid Driving License for heavy vehicles.
  • Experience: Working experience of 03 years and knowledge of motor mechanism.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

1. Scrutiny and Shortlisting: Applications will be scrutinized and shortlisted based on eligibility criteria. Preference may be given to candidates with higher qualifications or experience.
2. Interview / Assessment / Skill Test: Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email/phone for interview, assessment, or skill test as decided by the Client/Principal Employer.
3. Final Merit List: Selection by the Client/Principal Employer will be final, and results will be published on the BECIL website.

Note: No TA/DA will be paid for attending the selection process.

• Original Matriculation (10th) Certificate / Birth Certificate as Proof of Date of Birth.
• All Degree and Consolidated Mark Sheets for relevant qualifications.
• Experience Certificates on official letterhead (if applicable).
• Valid Category/Caste Certificate in Central Government prescribed format (if applicable).
• Two recent passport-size photographs and Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar/Voter ID/PAN).
• Valid Driving License for Driver post.
• Cook certification (if applicable).
