A leading and reputed Housing Finance Company invites application for recruitment of Recovery Head at its Corporate Office, Mumbai. Recruitment of Recovery Head 2022-23 1. Position / Designation: Recovery Head - Manager 2. Location: Mumbai 3. Vacancy: One 4. Experience: Overall experience of 7 years in HFCs/Banks /FIs/NBFCs with minimum experience of 5 years in Recovery /Collection of HFCs/ Banks/ FIs/ NBFCs. Desirable: Experience in credit appraisal in a HFC or a Bank. 5. Qualification: Graduate Degree from UGC recognized university in regular classroom course. 6. Desirable: CAIIB examination of IIB or the equivalent examination; MBA with finance specialization. 7. Remuneration: Fixed Salary (CTC): Rs. 12.50 Lakh per annum. Variable Salary: The variable salary payable shall be Rs. 2.50 Lakh per annum, linked to performance. Payment modalities for variable salary shall be decided by the Company after reporting and submission of performance budget. The variable salary will be paid per annum unless otherwise decided by the Company. Annual increment as per Company Policy. 8. Probation period: 6 Months as per Company Policy.

Selection Procedure
1. Candidates who will fulfill the eligibility criteria will be scrutinized and shortlisted by a committee comprising of HR Head, General Manager and Managing Director of the Company.
2. Shortlisted candidate will be called for interview.
3. It may please be noted that company is not bound to call all applicants for interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for selection procedure. Decision of the Company in this regard is final.
4. Selection will be done through interview only by Interview Committee appointed by the Board as under: “A committee comprising of Managing Director, two directors on the Board of the Company, one senior official in the rank of General Manager and above, of Central Bank of India and any reputed professional and an officer of rank Chief Manager and above representing the interest of SC/ST/OBC.”
