Eligibility for Watchman and Gardener

• Essential Qualification: Shall be 8th Standard passed.
• Experience / Other Criteria: Should be resident of the same State, preferably same or nearby district/residing at the head quarter of RSETI. He/she should have the ability to read and write the Local language preferred.
• Age Limit: 22 to 40 years.
• Salary: The contract amount shall be fixed at Rs.12,000/- per month. No other allowance/benefit/payment/facility will be admissible.

Selection Process

The eligible candidates will be called for a personal interview. The decision of the Society/Trust in this regard shall be final.
