The Indian Institute of Technology Patna (IIT Patna) has released an official notification for the recruitment of Junior Research Fellows (JRFs). Eligibility for Junior Research Fellow (JRF)

• Essential Qualification: BE/BTech/MSc/ME/MTech/equivalent degree in EE, ECE, Instrumentation, Physics/related discipline OR BE/BTech/MSc/ME/MTech/MCA/equivalent degree in CSE/IT/related discipline.
• Academic Requirements (Option 1): BE/BTech/MSc/MCA with valid GATE score (not before 2023) above prescribed cut-off or NET qualification, and CPI of 7.5 or 70% marks. (GATE score waived for CFTI graduates with CGPA > 8.0).
• Academic Requirements (Option 2): ME/MTech with GATE qualification (not before 2023) and minimum CPI of 6.5 or 60% marks.
• Experience/Preference: Candidates with prior knowledge in Digital Signal Processing, Machine/Deep Learning, and AI will be given priority. GATE/NET is advantageous but not mandatory subject to fulfilling other criteria.
• Age Limit: Not specified in the advertisement.
