Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Director (Program Implementation)

• Essential Qualification: (Serving/Retired) Superintending Engineer or above rank officers of Bihar Govt./GOI/PSU.
• Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience.

Eligibility for Senior Land Development Officer

• Essential Qualification: B.A.S. Officer.
• Experience: Minimum 9 years experience in Revenue work.

Eligibility for Executive Engineer (P.DA.)

• Essential Qualification: B.Tech/BE (Civil) or B.Arch.
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience. (Retired personnel with experience in similar field may also apply).
• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as of 10.02.2026. For retired personnel, maximum age is 64 years.
