Educational Qualification: Graduate degree in law from a reputed
institution/ university.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in a Legal Department of prestigious organization with
experience in drafting of petitions, replies, rejoinders, written submissions, including appearance before the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts and quasi-judicial forums etc after completion of graduation in Law

Age Limit: The age of the applicant as on 01 st January of the year of advertisement would be in accordance to CERC (Appointment of Consultants)
Regulations, 2010 and amendments thereafter .
Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/walkin interview. Once a candidate is selected they will be placed as Staff Consultant in Central Electricity Regulatory Commission.
