CSIR-Central Electrochemical Research Institute Invites Application for 27 Apprentice Trainee Recruitment 2026

Candidates who wish to apply for the CSIR-CECRI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 must follow the walk-in process below. No prior online application is required, but prior registration on the NAPS/NATS portal is mandatory.

1. Register on Apprenticeship Portal: Candidates must register online before the interview on the respective portal:
   • ITI (Trade) Apprentices: https://apprenticeshipindia.org/candidate-registration
   • Graduate/Diploma Apprentices: https://nats.education.gov.in

   Obtain the Enrolment Number and mention it in the application form.

2. Download Application Form: Download the prescribed application form from the CSIR-CECRI website (cecri.res.in).
3. Fill the Form: Fill in all details accurately, including the Enrolment Number.
4. Gather Documents: Bring the following documents to the interview:
   • Duly filled application form
   • All original certificates (educational qualifications, date of birth, caste certificate if applicable)
   • One set of self-attested photocopies of all certificates
   • One recent passport-size photograph
   • If the date of declaration of result is not on the mark sheet, bring a certificate from the Principal/Institute.
5. Reporting Time & Venue: Report to the venue on 10th August 2026. The reporting time is 08:45 AM. No candidate will be permitted to enter the interview venue after 10:30 AM.

Note: Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training or are pursuing it in the same qualification, or those with one year or more of work experience, are not eligible.

• NAPS/NATS Registration: Registration on the NAPS/NATS portal is mandatory and must be done before the walk-in interview. The Enrolment Number is required in the application form.
• Eligibility Criteria: Carefully check the age limits and educational qualifications for your specific apprentice category (ITI, Diploma, Graduate).
• Not Eligible: Candidates with prior apprenticeship training in the same qualification, integrated PG courses, part-time/distance diplomas, or one year of work experience are not eligible.
• Reservation: Candidates claiming SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/EWS reservation must produce valid certificates in the Government of India format.
• Document Verification: All original documents will be verified. Failure to produce any required document will result in the rejection of candidature.
• No Employment Guarantee: Completion of apprenticeship does not guarantee regular employment at CSIR-CECRI.
• Accommodation: Selected candidates may be provided accommodation in the Institute campus (if available), subject to a license fee.
