Selection Procedure
1. The position being specific project based and temporary, there is no provision for appointment on deputation. The in-service persons may apply, but in case of their selection, their salary will not be protected.
2. The prescribed essential qualifications are the minimum and the mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates to be called for interview.
3. In the event of number of applications being large, the Institute will adopt short listing criteria to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview to a reasonable number by any or more of the following methods:
a. On the basis of Desirable qualifications (DQ) or any one or all the DQs if more than one DQ is prescribed.
b. On the basis of higher educational qualifications than the minimum prescribed in the advertisement.
c. On the basis of higher experience in the relevant field than the minimum prescribed advertisement.
d. By holding a Test.
e. The institute reserves the right to fill or not to fill any of the positions.
f. Qualifications and other requirements may be relaxed in case of deserving candidates at the discretion of the Director, CIIL Mysuru.

Applications received after the due date will not be considered. The above posts will be filled in accordance with the reservation policy of the Government of India and the Institute reserves the right to fill/ cancel any or all post(s) if situation demands
