Educational Qualification:
Associate Fellow: B.Tech / MCA / from a recognized University with at least 55% marks with sound working knowledge in ODIA. Should have studied in Odia Language/ with Odia as one of the language up to 10+2 standard.
Upper Division Clerk (UDC): 1) Any degree from a recognized university. 2) 5 years of experience in Accounts / establishment as Lower division clerk / assistant. 3) Proficiency in English &Odia typing on computer. 4) Hands on experience of working in computer packages such as MS word, Excel, Spread sheet etc.
Lower Division Clerk (LDC): 1) Any degree from a recognized university. 2) 2 years of experience in Accounts / establishment as Lower division clerk / assistant. 3) Proficiency in English & Odia typing on computer. 4) Hands on experience of working in computer packages such as MS word, Excel, Spread sheet etc.
Technical Assistant: 1) Degree or Diploma in Electronics / Computer Science/ Computer application/ relevant technical course from a recognized Institute or other Governmentrecognized technical Educational Institutions (AICTE/DOEACC) 2) Knowledge of Basic computer, maintenance of computer systems and networks, online and offline security applications etc. 3) At least 2 years of experience in a reputed company / organization/ institute. 4) Hands on experience of working in computer packages such as MS word, Excel, Spread sheet etc.
Library Assistant: 1) Any degree from a recognized university. Preferably in Library Science. 2) Proficiency in English &Odia typing on computer. 4) Hands on experience of working in computer packages such as MS word, Excel, Spread sheet etc.
MTS: 1) Minimum PUC pass. 2) Knowledge of computer, Operation of printer is preferred.

Selection Procedure

The Central Institute of Indian Languages (CIIL) is an Indian research and teaching institute located in Mysore, part of the Language Bureau of the Ministry of Human Resource Development. It was established on 17 July 1969.
Aims and Objectives:
Advices and Assists Central as well as State Governments in the matters of language;
Contributes to the development of all Indian Languages by creating content and corpus;
Protects and Documents Minor, Minority, and Tribal Languages; Promotes Linguistic harmony by teaching 15 Indian languages to non-native learners.
