It is proposed to fill one (01) contractual position of Research Associate (RA) at ICAR-Central Institute for Research on Goats, Makhdoom, P.O. Farah -281122, Mathura (U.P.) through walk-in-interview/examination etc The eligible and desirous candidates fulfilling the requirement may appear before the Selection Committee for interview etc. on 12January 2022 from 11:00 AM onwards at ICAR-CIRG, Makhdoom:-

4. Qualification Essential: Ph.D. in Animal Science/ Agriculture Science/ Veterinary Science/ Life Science/ Biotechnology with at least| two research papers in SCI journals. OR Master degree in relevant subject with 4/5 years of Bachelor's degree having 1 division or 60% marks or equivalent overall grade point average, with at least three years of research experience evidenced Fellowship/ associateship/training /other engagements as circulated vide F. as from No. 2-9/2012-HRD dated 25.04.2014 and one research paper in Science Citation Index (SCI)/NAAS rated (>4.0) Journal as per OM SR/S9/Z-09/2018 of DST dated 30.01.2019.
5. Desirable: Experience of handling small ruminants at least for two years. Research and practical experience in molecular techniques. Working experience of statistical analysis and analysis using latest software. Experience of animal data recording and database management. Laboratory SOPs preparation and standardization of laboratory equipments. Experience of blood and milk sample collection
6. Salary: Rs. 54,000/- per month + HRA for Ph.D. and Rs.49,000/- per month + HRA for master degree holders.

Selection Will be Based either Written Exam/Interview
1. Walk-in-interview on 12.01.2022 from 11:00 AM onwards.
2. The candidates are advised to bring their duly filled in Application Biodata given details of Educational Qualification along with photocopy of all certificates, degree etc. and one recent photograph affixed thereon. They should also bring original copies of all educational and other certificates for the Interview.

The Central Institute for Research on Goats (CIRG) is a premier research institute located in Makhdoom, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.
