The following position of Research Assistant for the special project titled "Mapping the Customary Practice of Nata Pratha amongst tribal communities of Rajasthan" (Sponsored by National Commission for Women, New Delhi) is to be filled purely on a temporary basis(11 Months). 1. Post Name: Research Assistant 2. No. of Post: 01 3 . Qualification : Essential:M.A (Social Work)/MSW, M.A. (Sociology), M.A. (Anthropology) , M. A. (Education) /M. Phil in any discipline of Social Science 4. Desirable: a) Knowledge of computer application and data entry. b) Experience of working with tribal population will be preferred 5. Pay/Month : Rs 15,000 per month (consolidated) 6. Job Profile: The candidate has to collect preliminary data from tribal communities of Rajasthan a) Authentic Data Collection and Data Management. b) Review and edit data to ensure completeness and accuracy of information. c) Attend online/offline project meetings and discussions. d) Prepare required articles and reports. e) Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. f) Any other project-related relevant responsibilities.

The Central University of Rajasthan (CURaj) was established in the year 2009 by an Act of Parliament (Act No. 25 of 2009).
