• Should be medically and physically fit.
• Immaculate disciplinary record while in service/in NCC.
• ESM should preferably be qualified in one of the Army courses from Category A or B Training Institute (e.g., Platoon Commander, Section Commander, Ghatak, Drill Course, Weapon Training, etc.).
• Service Period: ESM should have retired on or after 31 Mar 2023.
• Gap in Service: Should not be more than Three years from the date of retirement to the date of hiring.
• Must have completed colour service commensurate to rank prior to retirement.
