Educational Qualification:
i. Officer of the Central Government or State Government:- (a)(i) holding analogous post on regular basis OR (ii) Accounts Officer with two years regular services in the Pay Level -8 [47600-151100] in Pay Matrix (7CPC).[Pre-revised pay scale - Pay Band-2 Rs. 9300-34800 with grade pay of Rs. 4800/- OR (ii)Assistant Accounts Officer with three years regular service in the Pay Level - 7 [44900 - 142400] in the Pay Matrix (7 CPC).[Pre-revised pay scale - Pay Band – 2 Rs. 9300-34800 plus grade pay of Rs. 4600/-].
