C-DAC Centre in North East (CINE) located at Silchar, Assam is looking for bright & result oriented professionals for the following positions in various projects for appointment on purely Contract basis for the following positions:

1. Name of the Post: Project Engineer (Software Development/Web Application)

2. No. of Posts: 04

3. Location: C-DAC, Silchar

4. Duration of the position: Three Years

5. Minimum Educational Qualification: First Class (60 % or equivalent CGPA) B.E/ B. Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics OR First Class (60% or equivalent CGPA) Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Masters in Computer Application OR M.E/M.Tech or equivalent degree in CSE/IT/Electronics

6. Minimum Post Qualification Relevant Experience: 0-4 years of experience in Software Design and Development.

7. Desirable Skills (in one or more topics): Java 8 and above, Spring Boot, Struts 2, Hibernate ORM, PostgreSQL, Bootstrap, Thymeleaf/JSP, Javascript, JQuery, CSS3, Knowledge of jasper reports and Microservices will be an added advantage.

8. Job Profile and other Skills: Designing and Developing Java Application. Managing all stages of the development lifecycle. Contribution to all phases of SDLC. Interaction with users, client and sake holders. Possesses high level understanding in the areas of web application programming, content management systems, API, database and system design. Resolves conflicts by demonstrating leadership and appropriate decisionmaking competencies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group; developers, Stakeholders, and subject matter experts

9. Emoluments: Consolidated pay : Rs.34,000-50,000 p.m At present the salary and other benefits include Consolidated pay, Medical Reimbursement, Provident fund, Food / Canteen Subsidy, Leave Encashment, Gratuity and annual increment (as per the performance).

1. Name of the Post: Project Engineer (UI/UX Engineer)

2. No. of Posts: 01

3. Location: C-DAC, Silchar

4. Duration of the position: Three Years

5. Minimum Educational Qualification: First Class (60 % or equivalent CGPA) B.E/ B. Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics OR First Class (60% or equivalent CGPA) Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Masters in Computer Application OR M.E/M.Tech or equivalent degree in CSE/IT/Electronics

6. Minimum Post Qualification Relevant Experience: 0-4 years of experience in Software Design and Development

7. Emoluments: Consolidated pay : Rs.34,000-50,000 p.m At present the salary and other benefits include Consolidated pay, Medical Reimbursement, Provident fund, Food / Canteen Subsidy, Leave Encashment, Gratuity and annual increment (as per the performance).

1. Name of the Post: Project Engineer –IoT and Embedded System

2. No. of Posts: 01

3. Location: C-DAC, Silchar

4. Duration of the position: Three Years

5. Minimum Educational Qualification: 1st Class (60 %) B.E/ B. Tech ( Electronics & Communication / Telecommunication / Electronics/ Instrumentation/Computer Science) OR 1st class M.E/M. Tech in Micro-Electronics/ VLSI Design/ Electronics or equivalent OR PhD (in relevant domain)

6. Minimum Post Qualification Relevant Experience: 0-4 years of experience in relevant field as per job profile

7. Desirable Skills (in one or more topics): Hands-on experience in working with IoT System, Electronic System design, Circuits design, simulation, analysis, Debugging, ECAD tools, Signal Integrity/Power Integrity analysis tools, High speed board designs and analysis. Experience in working with IoT Sensor and system interfacing, Microcontrollers, Interfacing Peripherals, Memories, sensors, actuators, mechatronic/robotic components, power management system etc.

8. Job Profile and other Skills: IoT/Electronic Circuit Design and Simulation, Embedded Software Programming, Testing and Debugging. Meeting the desired technical competencies for end to end embedded system hardware design and development based on the project requirement. Self-motivated, goal oriented and strong in problem solving skills are desired. Designing, Testing , Product Development and Qualification, Project Proposal Writing and Documentation

1. Name of the Post: Project Engineer (Cyber Security)

2. No. of Posts: 01

3. Location: C-DAC, Silchar

4. Duration of the position: Three Years

5. Minimum Educational Qualification: First Class (60 % or equivalent CGPA) B.E/ B. Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Electronics OR First Class (60% or equivalent CGPA) Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science/Masters in Computer Application OR M.E/M.Tech or equivalent degree in CSE/IT/Electronics

6. Minimum Post Qualification Relevant Experience: 0-4 years of experience in relevant filed as per job profile.

7. Desirable Skills (in one or more topics): Proficient Knowledge in Public Key Cryptography, and major Network Security Protocols. Proficient Knowledge in Layer 4-7 protocols and their security audits. Proficiency in Python, Linux, Shell Programming, C and Java

8. Job Profile and other Skills: Experience in formulating Secure Network Architectures, policies etc. Experience in Managed Security Services over cloud. Experience in formulating Cyber Security Policy, conducting cyber security assessments, drills; Knowledge of cyber security capability maturity models

Selection Procedure

1. Applicants meeting the eligibility criteria will be informed by e-mail, to appear for a "written test/Interview". Selection will be based on interviews to be conducted at C-DAC, Silchar, Assam. Management reserves the right to change/modify the selection process at any time, during the process, at its discretion. The decision of the management will be final and binding.

2. Applicants having GATE score of 65% (normalized marks out of 100) and above, in the last two years, can be directly screened in for interview without written test. In the event of higher number of applicants, the benchmark of 65% can be increased as per discretion of the management.
