Eligibility for Project Officer

  • Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Environmental Studies, Education, Climate Change, Sustainability, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in environmental education, climate education, climate research, school-based programmes, or development sector projects. Experience working with schools, teachers, and students is desirable. Prior exposure to NGO / non-profit / CSR-supported projects is an added advantage.
  • Desirable Skills:
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Kannada (Proficiency required). Working knowledge of Hindi is desirable.
    • Strong writing and publishing skills for reports, policy briefs, and articles.
    • Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage programme activities.
    • Basic research skills (literature review, data collection, synthesis).
    • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools.
    • Willingness to travel locally.
