Applications are invited from eligible candidates for a Research Associate (RA) Position in Chemistry to work on a project titled: “Chemistry and biology of natural products and selenium antioxidants”

1. Post Name : Research Associate (RA)
2. Essential Qualifications: Ph.D. in Chemistry, specialized in organic chemistry or inorganic chemistry or physical chemistry with at least two publications in peer reviewed research journals. Preference will be given to fresh Ph.D. candidates
3. Experience: The candidate should have a good knowledge of synthetic chemistry, photochemistry and biophysical chemistry. Knowledge of chalcogen chemistry and biology is desirable.
4. Tenure: The position is offered for a period of six to eight months tentatively starting from May 2022
5. Emoluments: Commensurate with post-Ph.D. research experience of the candidate, in the range of Rs. 47000 - Rs. 54000 (+ HRA as per DAE rules) per month.

The institute conducting research activities in discipline of Physical Science, Chemical Science, Mathematical Science, Life Science, Nuclear Physics, Astrophysics, Archaeo-Astronomy, Biophysics, Genetics Cell, and Developmental Biology, etc.
