Educational Qualification: M.Sc
1. Position : Senior Knowledge Manager or Programme Manager
2. Department / Wing: Knowledge & Research Division
3. Reports to: Director (AMRG)
4. Purpose of the Job:
a) To Promote knowledge development as per CGG's operational business processes and action plans
b) To provide project execution level support to the Resource Group activities in Agriculture, Rural Development, Agri-Business, Natural Resources Management, Agriculture Extension and allied sectors.
5. Minimum Education Required :
Essential : PG in Agricultural Economics,Agricultural Extension, Agri-Business, Agriculture Marketing or any other agriculture , Rural Development and Food processing related discipline with 4 to 7 yearsexperience in undertaking research/consultancy work in allied sectors
Desirable :
Work Experience in a Government Projects,
PhD, Certifications and Diplomas in associated disciplines are an added advantage.
6. Minimum Experience Required :
a) Sr. Knowledge Manager:Over6-10 years and above of overall experience in Consulting / Research / Training etc. with at least 4 years of experience in reputed organization projects.
b) Programme Manager:Over10 years and above of overall experience in Consulting / Research / Training etc. with at least 6 years of experience in reputed organization projects.
The Senior KM /PM will assist and contribute to all aspects of the Agriculture and Rural Development sectors and new business development activities. She or he will take initiatives to procure projects and responsibility for supervision of staff engaged on specific sections of a project.
Be IT literate, including competency in Microsoft Office
