Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Executive (Security)

• Essential: Graduation with MBA and BASIC AVSEC Certified.
• Experience: 1-year experience in Aviation Security required.

Eligibility for Executive (Commercial)

• Essential: (i) Graduate and full-time regular MBA of 2 years duration with Marketing specialization OR (ii) Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Experience: 1-year experience in the relevant field.

Eligibility for Executive (IT)

• Essential: (i) Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engg./Technical in CS/IT/Electronics OR (ii) Full-time regular MCA.
• Experience: 1-year experience in the relevant field.

Eligibility for Executive (Civil Engineer)

• Essential: Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Tech. in Civil.
• Experience: 1-year experience in the relevant field.

Eligibility for Executive (Electrical Engineer)

• Essential: Full-time Regular Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience: 1-year experience in the relevant field.

Eligibility for Executive (HR)

• Essential: Graduate and full-time regular MBA or equivalent (2 years duration) with specialization in HRM/HRD/PM&IR/Labour Welfare.
• Experience: 1-year experience in the relevant field.

Eligibility for Manager (Finance)

• Essential: B.Com with ICWA/CA/MBA full-time regular (2 years duration) with specialization in Finance.
• Experience: 3 years’ experience in the relevant field.

Eligibility for Manager (Facility)

• Essential: (i) Graduate in Science and full-time regular MBA of 2 years duration OR (ii) Full-time regular Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
• Experience: 3 years’ experience in the relevant field.

Age Limit (as on 15-02-2026)

• Executive Level: Maximum 32 years.
• Manager Level: Maximum 35 years.

Salary Structure

• Executive Level: ₹60,000 per month.
• Manager Level: ₹70,000 per month.
• Increments: Subject to an annual increment of 5%.
• PF: Basic salary for PF calculation is ₹25,000.

Selection Process

Selection will be done by a Committee constituted by the Competent Authority. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The venue, time, and date of the interview will be informed shortly/separately via email.
