Chandigarh International Airport Limited (CHIAL) is a joint venture company incorporated under companies Act, 1956 by Airports Authority of India (AAI) in association with Punjab Government through Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) and Haryana Government through Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) to develop, operate and maintain Chandigarh International Airport which has come up with a new state of art International Airport at Mohali, Punjab. The New International Airport has been operationalized w.e.f. 19th October, 2015.
