Educational Qualification:
General Manager (GM): Must be a graduate from a recognized University / Institute with an MBA degree with specialization in Marketing / Finance. The candidate should have minimum 20 years of postqualification experience in Business Development / Property Development in Urban Transport sector. An experience in Metro Rail projects/undertaking similar kind of large scale infrastructure development projects and managing a large portfolio of developed properties will be a desirable attribute. The responsibility of the candidate will be to manage the extensive Property Development program of CMRL, so as to maximize the non-fare revenue innovatively from property development. He will also be responsible for planning Mass Transit Infrastructure till the stage of approval cum funding.

Joint General Manager (JGM) / Deputy General Manager (DGM): Must be a B.E / B.Tech (Civil) graduate from a recognized University / Institute, approved by AICTE / UGC. Possession of M.E / M.Tech degree (Civil / Structural Engineering) is preferable.

Pay Scale:
INR
90000-225000/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 55 Years.
