Educational Qualification:
ITI Trade Apprentices: Pass in X standard. Pass in ITI (National Trade Certificate - NTC) in the concerned trades (Refer Table 1A).
Technician (Vocational) Apprentices: Pass in Vocational Higher Secondary Education (VHSE) in the concerned discipline (Refer Table IB).

Age Limit: Minimum 18 years as on 26.10.2022.
Selection Process: Short-listing of candidates will be done based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed qualification applicable to the respective trades. In case, same percentage of marks is secured by more than one candidate in prescribed qualification, relative merit shall be decided based on seniority in age.

Cochin Shipyard, established in 1972, is a fully owned Government of India enterprise and a forerunner in the Indian shipbuilding and ship repair industry.
