- Graduates/Postgraduates from IITs, IIMs, National Law Universities, IISER, NIDs, IIITs, and IISc.
- Holders of CA, CMA, CS, MBBS, BDS, MD, MS, MBA (or equivalent), MPhil, and PhD.
- Those currently undergoing any skill, apprenticeship, internship, or training program under a Central or State Government scheme.
- Those who have completed apprenticeship/training under NATS or NAPS.
- Candidates with family income exceeding ₹12 lakh in the preceding financial year.
- Candidates with a family member who is a permanent/regular government employee.
