Educational Qualification:
(i) BE / B.Tech in Electronics / Electronics and Instrumentation or Equivalent ; and
(ii) 4 years’ experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology Organization and Scientific activities and services OR
(i) M.Sc in Opto-electronics/Applied Optics; and
(ii) 4 years experience in Research and Development in Industrial and Academic Institutions or Science and Technology organizations and Scientific activities and services OR Doctoral Degree in Science/Engineering/Technology from a recognized University or equivalent (Areas: Photonics/Opto-electronics) Desirable: R&D experience in optical fiber sensors and Instrumentation development.
