sub: vacancy Notice for the post of ACPM/Dy CPM/PM (s&T) at Mugalsarai on deputation basis
1. Post Name: ACPM/ Dy CPM/PM (S&T) - 01 (one) Post
2. Location: Mugalsarai
3. Duration: 3 years extendable to 5 years (subject to exemption by DPE from the rule of immediate absorption)
4. Term of Appointment: Deputation
5. Scale of Pay: Parent pay plus deputation allowance (And all other Perks and Allowances applicable as per DFCCIL policy).
6. Specific Requirements:
i. ACPM (GM level): Central/State Govt. officers working in analogous grade (Level-l4) in the relevant Uiscipline or in SG (Level-13) with 17 years service in Group A in the relevantdiscipline. OR PSU employees working in analogous grade in the relevant discipline OR in Rs. 1,00,000-2,60,000 (lDA) (E7) with four years' service in that grade.
ii. Dy CPM (AGM [evel): Central/State Govt. officers working in analogous grade (Level-13A) in the relevant discipline or in Selection Grade (Level-13) with minimum 12 years in Group A in the relevant discipline or in Rs.90000-240000 (lDA) (86) with four years'service in the grade.
iii. Dv CPM (JGM level): Central/State Govt. officers working in analogous substantive grade (Level-13) in the relevant discipline or in Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) (Level 12) with 8-12 years' service in Group A in the relevant discipline or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs.80000-220000 (tDA) (E5) with four years'service in the grade
iv. PM (DGM level) - Central/State Govt. officers holding Sr. Scale (Level-11) posts or Central/State Govt. officers with 10 years service in Group B and holding cadre posts in Level 10 in their parent Cadre or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 70000- 200000 (lDA) (E ) with four years'service in the grade.
7. Job Description:
Policy, planning, procurement & implementation of signalling & telecomm unication work, interface with other disciplines & zonal railways, co-ordinating with multilateral funding agencies for procurement including works incidental to project initiation.
