Number of Vacancy: 12 Posts
Educational Qualification: 1. ME/M.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering with first division (both at Graduate and Post Graduate level) from a recognized University. OR M.Sc./BE/B.Tech in first division with NET/GATE in Computer Engineering/Computer Science from a recognized University. 2. Master’s in Science in first division (both at Graduate and Post Graduate level) with NET/GATE in the field of Physics/Geophysics from a recognized University. 3. M.Sc in first division (both at Graduate and Post Graduate level) with NET / GATE in Environmental Science/ Statistics. 4. ME or M.Tech in first division (both at Graduate and Post Graduate level) in Remote Sensing & GIS/Geo-Informatics/ Geomatics/Geospatial Technology/ Spatial Information Technology from a recognized University. OR M.Sc/BE/B.Tech in first division with NET/GATE in Remote Sensing & GIS/Geo-Informatics or equivalent from a recognized Institute /University. 5. ME/M.Tech in Design/Instrumentation Engineering in first division (both at Graduate and Post Graduate level) from a recognized University. OR BE/B.Tech in first division with NET/GATE in Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering from a recognized University. 6. ME/M.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering/Instrumentation Engg. in first division (both at Graduate and Post Graduate level) from a recognized University. OR BE/B.Tech in first division with NET/GATE in Electronics & Communication Engineering/ Instrumentation Engg. from a recognized University.
Pay Scale: INR 37000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years.
Selection Procedure: Written Test, Skill Test and Personal Interview.

Date of Interview: 06 May 2025 and 07 May 2025. Reporting time would be 08:30 AM and Applications would be accepted up to 10:00 AM. Duly filled complete application form with bio-data and one set of self-attested copies of Mark sheets/Certificates (10th onwards), Caste Certificate, Experience certificates, publications, if, any addressed to The Director, Defence Geoinformatics Research Establishment (DGRE), Him Parisar, Sector 37A, Chandigarh (UT) should be brought at the time of Walk-in interview along with original documents and a recent passport size photograph, duly affixed on the application.
