Eligibility for Program Director (PD)
- Essential Qualification:
Master’s Degree in Science/ Management/ Technology or Equivalent with 10 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field.
OR
Bachelor’s Degree in Science/ Management/ Technology or Equivalent with 12 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field. - Age Limit: Candidates should be below 55 years of age as on 30th January 2026.
- Experience: The candidate must have experience in any of the following fields:
- Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
- Business development / creating strategic partnerships.
- Program Management / Grant Management.
- Consulting / collaboration & partner management/ HR.
- Communications and Outreach.
- Design and implementation of challenges, hackathons, schemes etc.
- Product management / IT operations.
- Project management or relevant experience of product development in Start-up or any manufacturing industry.
- Finances/Estimation/Accounting.
