Eligibility Criteria (In-Depth)

1. Educational Qualification

• Post 1: Library & Information Science
  • B.Sc (First Class) + M.L.I.Sc (First Class) from UGC recognized University.
  • Mandatory: UGC-NET Qualified.
  • Expertise: Digital library concepts, bibliographic database creation.
  • Desirable: M.Sc in Basic Sciences.
• Post 2: Computer Science & Engineering
  • Option A: B.E/B.Tech. (First Class) in CSE from UGC recognized University with qualified GATE Score.
  • Option B: B.E/B.Tech. (First Class) + M.E/M.Tech (First Class) in CSE from UGC recognized University.
  • Desirable: Programming in Advanced Java; RDBMS.

2. Age Limit & Relaxation

• Maximum Age: 28 years.
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC/ST: 5 years relaxation.
  • OBC: 3 years relaxation (Creamy layer candidates are not eligible for relaxation).
• Note: Age is calculated as of the interview date (25 March 2026).
