Candidates are hereby informed that the Walk in Interview for 423 posts (Number of posts may increase or decrease) of Medical Officers (Specialist) for the following specialties will be conducted as shown below:- 1. Post Name: Medical Officer 2. No of Posts: 423 3. Pay Scale: 53100 4. Basic and Professional Qualification: M.B.B.S. Degree and holding a Post Graduate degree in a requisite specialty recognized by the Medica Council of India. Registered with the Punjab Medical Council of with any other duly constituted Medical Council in India.

Age Limit: Between 18 and 37 years as on 1st Jan., 2021.
Selection Procedure
1. The selection will be based on the academic performance and interview. Academic quallflcatlons will have 50% weight age while the Interview will carry 50% weight age, 45% marks together in Academic and Interview for Reserved Category.
2. Note: Candidates who score 50% or more marks each in:-
i. Academic Qualifications
ii. Interview will be eligible for final merit for selection.

1. Candidates advised to visit Department's website are www.health.punjab.gov.in for Interview date, venue, qualification details, experience, category wise vacancies, Application Form and other instructions.
2. Walk-in-Interview for 423 posts (Number of posts may increase or decrease) of Medical Officers (Specialist) for the following specialties is scheduled to be held on 11.12.2021
3. Venue: Directorate Health and Family Welfare Punjab, Parlvar Kalyan Bhawan, Sector-34-A, Chandigarh.
4. Candidates are also requested to bring Original documents with them on the date of interview and Walk in candidates can also come.
5. Candidates have to deposit a fee of Rs. 1000/-for General Category and Rs. 600/- for Scheduled Caste / Backward Class category through demand draft in favour of State Health Society Punjab, payable at Chandigarh.
6. Candidates are requested to download the online application form at www.health.puniab.gov.in on or before 09-12-2021, 5:00 are also requested to submit their all documents (Self attested) at the Directorate, Health and Family Welfare, Punjab, Parivar Kalyan Bhawan, Sector-34/A, Chandigarh.
