Educational Qualification: The candidate should have retired/going to retire (within 2 months) from Central Government Ministries/Department, it's attached/subordinate Offices having experience of functioning in Govt. offices.
The candidate who have retired/ going to retire (within 2 months) from the post of Deputy Secretary/Director of Central Secretariat Services (CSS) cadre or equivalent are eligible for engagement on contract basis.
