Educational Qualification:
Data Entry Operator (DEO): Intermediate or 12th pass in science stream from a recognized board with DOEACC “A” level from a recognized institute and/or 2 years experience in Electronic Data Processing work in Government, Autonomous, PSU or any other recognized organization. A speed test of not less than 8000 key depressions per hour through speed test on computer.
Project Technical Officer: Graduate in Social Work/Population Studies/Sociology/Psychology/ from a recognized university with five years relevant work experience from a recognized institution OR Master’s degree in relevant subject.
Junior Nurse: High School or equivalent with Science subject plus certificate course in ANM/GNM with five years experience from a recognized Institute/Board.tory authorities on operational and statutory compliance.
Laboratory Technician: 12th Pass in science subjects and 2 years Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technician or 1 year DMLT plus 1 year lab experience from recognized institution or 2 years lab experience from recognized institution.

About National Institute for Implementation Research in Non-Communicable Diseases (NIIRNCD)
The National Institute for Implementation Research on Non Communicable Diseases came into existence on 07th December 2019. The institute is located in Jodhpur and it replaces the erstwhile Desert Medicine Research Centre. The institute has state of the art facility to conduct basic laboratory based research in its microbiology, biochemistry and vector biology laboratories. The institute is acquiring manpower and facilities for strengthening it's capacity for conducting implementation research in non- communicable diseases. At present, the institute has a set of 10 dedicated scientists, 9 technical experts, ably supported by 28 administrative and support staff. The thrust areas of research are cardiovascular diseases, chronic respiratory diseases, environmental health, nutritional disorders, cancers, injury & trauma, mental illnesses including substance abuse, genetic diseases and other non-communicable diseases of public health significance in India. The institute aspires to carry out implementation research in the thrust areas, provide training for capacity building in implementation research in other academic and research institutions, develop behavior change communication materials and models for tackling risk factors of various non communicable diseases. The institute heartily welcomes collaboration with institutions and individuals with interest in augmenting the thrust areas.
Desert Medicine Research Centre was established on 27th June, 1984. Desert Medicine research Centre (DMRC), is one of the permanent institutes of the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) for bio-medical research in India. Understanding the importance of research needs of existing and emerging health problems of desert, Indian Council of Medical Research decided to establish a Centre in Rajasthan to undertake and promote research on health problems specific to desert areas and strengthen the scientific and technical expertise of state as well as local health agencies. Since its establishment DMRC has contributed to generate baseline data on nutritional problems faced by the population of desert areas, understanding of transmission dynamics of vector borne diseases (malaria & dengue) in the changing ecology of desert areas, other health problems like silicosis, hypertension, renal stones, specific maternal-child health issues, elimination of guinea worm disease, etc. The Centre has several ongoing programmes on dengue, malaria, vector bionomics, insecticide resistance, novel herbs with potential as insecticides as well as anti-infective agents, hypertension, and various nutritional deficiencies in vulnerable populations. DMRC undertakes research in areas like human physiology, geographical genomics, nutritional diseases, operational research, vector-borne diseases, medicinal and insecticidal plants, infectious diseases, non-communicable diseases, advanced functional biomaterials, non-communicable diseases, nano-bio interface, health problems associated with desert environment, famine, floods, opium addiction, dehydration, water borne diseases, radio isotopic applications, NBC threats and post disaster management.
