Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification

• General: Post Graduates / Graduates with at least 55% marks from a recognized University/College.

Post-Wise Eligibility

1. Young Professional-II (Administration & Stores)

• Essential: Post Graduates with 1 year post-qualification experience in administration/procurement from recognized research organizations/institutes.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year (Internship/Training not counted).

2. Young Professional-I (Accounts & Administration)

• Essential: Graduates with 1 year post-qualification experience in Administration/Accounts from recognized research organizations/institutes.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year (Internship/Training not counted).

Desirable Qualification (All Posts)

• Post-qualification experience in relevant field at government organizations.
• Strong writing skills in Hindi and English.
• Experience in policy and communications (Health/Research sector).
• Knowledge of IT applications, virtual meeting platforms, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Tally for Accounts).

Age Limit (as on 23/01/2026)

• Young Professional-II: Not exceeding 40 years.
• Young Professional-I: Not exceeding 35 years.

Selection Process

The selection process depends on the number of applicants per post:

• Written Test: If more than 30 candidates apply, a written test (50 MCQs) will be conducted.
• Interview: The final selection will be based on the combined marks of the Written Test and Personal Interview.
• Interview Only: If fewer than 30 candidates apply, selection will be based on Personal Interview only.
