Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification

• Minimum: 12th Pass (Intermediate) from a recognized board/institution.
• Desirable: Prior work experience in the emergency helpline or child protection sector will be given preference.

2. Age Limit (As on 01 January 2025)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 35 Years
• Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Chhattisgarh Government norms. The maximum age with all relaxations is 45 years.

3. Mandatory Requirements

• Residence: Must be a permanent resident of Chhattisgarh (Valid Niwas Praman Patra required).
• Language: Good communication skills are required.
• Certificates: Reserved category candidates must submit a valid caste certificate.
• Marriage Condition: Candidates married before attaining the minimum age limit are not eligible.
• NOC: Government/semi-government employees must submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC).

Selection Process
